Services
Voynich Group AG provides information technology consulting services, including security audits, technology due diligence, and strategic advisory. Specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements that define scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.
Eligibility
Our services are available to clients from countries where we are legally permitted to operate. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion and may decline to provide services based on regulatory, compliance, or business considerations.
Your Account
Registration requires accurate and complete information and is subject to our approval. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay fees when due.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Voynich Group AG and protected by intellectual property laws. Deliverables from consulting engagements are governed by the terms in the applicable service agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of any engagement. This obligation survives termination of these terms or any service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Voynich Group AG excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton Schwyz, Switzerland.
Amendments
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
